Our store policy is to approach every human and every dog with kindness and decency. Sounds basic, right? That's the idea.
We may not carry what you need. (Unfortunately, we don't have warehouses like Chewy and Amazon, we have a garage.) We may not be able to get something to you when you need it. (We are at the mercy of our suppliers and delivery companies. Don't get me started.) Please know that we truly appreciate you as shoppers, browsers, but most importantly, as good dog owners.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship! Let's face it...all of those fabulous dog or cat goodies might not fit in your carry on bag. We offer free shipping with any purchase over $50, and if we don't have a must-have item in stock, we can also send that to your home so you can avoid the hassle of trying to wrangle it all the way home.
DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and One Particular Harbour Margaritaville. Delivery will be outside of our normal hours of operation and may be restricted to a pre-determined weekday. Delivery may be made to a secure location within your complex/area if delivery to your door is not feasible, but not to creepy, dark corners of remote parking lots to panel vans with out of state plates. I saw Silence of the Lambs.
CALL AHEAD ORDERS
How nice would it be to have dog food, clean-up bags, treats, a puppy pool raft, and a Bowser Beer waiting for your pup after your long, exhausting trip to paradise? Call your rental office/hotel to see if they’re part of our Partnership Program, or call us directly to arrange for the dog fairy to visit your vacation digs before you arrive. Your dog will thank you!
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
It happens. You think Bruiser is an XXS in our Vintage Surfboard and Palm Trees Hawaiian Shirt, but it's a little snug when you get it home. (Not every Teacup Yorkie wants to show off their muscles. Modesty matters.) If you're local, run it back to the store, and we'll exchange it. If you're visiting and you find that your purchase doesn't fit once you get it home, ship it back to us and we'll send you the correct item.

If you change your mind and it really doesn't work at all, just bring/send it back in. We can credit your card back.
COVID PROTOCOL
Masks are currently not required in the store, but please do whatever makes you comfortable. We have spares at the front desk. Please also help yourself to hand sanitizer at the front desk. Or not. You do you.
